OWILC will encourage networking of lesbians to develop affordable communities where lesbians and their female allies share a commitment to work and live together, and to contribute toward the security and wellbeing of all its members.
Our Vision
is the availability of affordable and safe shared living environments for lesbians and their female allies, that support both independence and interdependence among the members.
Our Values

Affordability - accessible to women of mixed-income levels

Sense of Community - diverse, participatory, some meals together, share resources (tools, transportation, etc).
